Formula Corp. located in Auburn, WA is a dynamic and growing company specializing in innovative solutions for our clients. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our sales team and drive successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand client requirements and project scope.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and production.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget constraints.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Foster strong client relationships and address any concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy: MS-Office (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, Power Point)

Full-time position, $24/hr - $32/hr DOE
